🛍️ Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed or missing, we recommend:

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@glowvyne.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
