🛍️ Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery, depending on the product type.
- To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Include all original tags, labels, and accessories
- Be in resellable condition
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
- For general returns, customers usually cover return shipping, unless the return is due to our error.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Skincare, beauty, or cosmetic products (if opened or used)
- Intimate apparel or accessories
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Sale or clearance products marked as “final sale”
💰 Refunds
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for full refund or free replacement (please provide proof such as photos or videos).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be shipped back promptly in its original condition.

- For dropshipping products (e.g., from suppliers like CJ), we align our policy with supplier terms to avoid conflicts and protect against unnecessary losses.

- Clearly written and easy for customers to understand
